Economic Insight advised NATS on its redetermination. Today the CMA published its PFs relating to the redetermination of NATS’ (the UK’s air traffic control provider) price control for RP3. Overall, the CMA awarded NATS £63m of additional revenues, relative to those initially set by the CAA (its regulator), meaning NATS has won back 30% of the revenue gap.
