Economic Insight has today published a paper setting out a proposed framework and approach for evaluating the impact of COVID-19 policies. The paper aims to encourage greater focus on directly assessing the impacts of policies on observable outcomes using data; and a greater recognition of the complex interdependencies that exist across healthcare, the economy and society.
