Professor Anthony Glass

Associate

Professor Anthony Glass is an Associate at Economic Insight and Professor of Managerial Economics at the University of Sheffield.

His research focuses on applied econometrics and microeconomics, with recent work examining spatial dependencies between regulated water companies in England and Wales; market power spillovers among U.S. banks; and the drivers of the slowdown in UK productivity growth, following the 2008 financial crisis.

Prior to his position at the University of Sheffield, he served as Deputy Director of the Centre for Productivity and Performance, and led the PhD economics programme, at Loughborough University.
