We are excited to share that James Harvey and Aastha Mantri have published an article in Issue 6 of the @ThoughtLeaders4Competition magazine.

They take on two difficult questions that the CAT has raised as the collective proceedings regime in the UK enters a new phase: (1) what is the likely take-up rate of collective settlements; and (2) how do different distribution arrangements affect the likely take-up rate?  The article delves into the challenges associated with answering these questions, including the drawbacks of standard methods such as surveys, experiments, and trials, and discusses what can be done to help address them.
