Eleanor Clutterbuck

Eleanor is a Senior Consultant with eight years of professional experience, who works across our consulting practices.  She is a highly adept project manager, skilled in working closely with clients to help translate economics principles and analysis into practical advice they can use.

Since joining Economic Insight, Eleanor has advised on a broad range of regulatory and competition matters.  In regulation, she has extensive experience in supporting water companies in developing  their business plans.  This includes risk and simulation modelling and advising on incentive design and calibration.  In competition, Eleanor has advised on market definition matters in particular; and supported clients in both cartel and abuse of dominance claims.

In addition to her advisory work, Eleanor has published articles in the European Competition Law Review and the Competition Policy International Antirust Chronicle.
