Joe is a Consultant at Economic Insight, working across both our competition and economic regulation practices, where he excels in applying economic theory and statistical techniques to solve complex problems.
Since joining Economic Insight in 2022, he has advised clients on a number of high-profile issues related to competition law infringements, including anticompetitive agreements, abuses of dominance, as well as follow-on damages litigations.
Joe has also supported several companies in the energy, transport, and water sectors on a range of topics. These include cost assessment, risk analysis, and incentive design. His insights have influenced regulatory policy and strategic investment decisions for organisations facing significant economic and environmental challenges.
