Johannes Boch

Johannes is a Consultant who works across our practice areas, combining his experience in complex and data-intensive modelling with an ability to explain economic principles in a straightforward manner.

He advises clients in regulated industries on issues across their price controls, including on cost assessment, the cost of capital, and risk analysis. Working across the energy and water sectors, Johannes has supported Affinity Water, National Gas, Northern Ireland Water, Scottish Power and Wessex Water on these topics.  Beyond regulation, his experience includes advising on competition law litigation matters (including estimating damages arising from anti-competitive behaviour); as well as undertaking economic impact assessments.
